Accomplishment Patch
Summer’s leaving, school is coming back and the stress is about to hit. According to Phineas & Ferb there’s 104 days of summer, what would you say you accomplished? Both online and offline. For me there are a couple things that I accomplished that I never expected this summer.
- I got a job
- I got my first paycheck
- I went to Zoombezi Bay for the first time
- I shopped with my own money for the 1st time
- I opened my domain collective
- I opened my portfolio
In your mind that may not seem like to much, but to me that’s a lot. Yes I didn’t get to go to the beach and play in the water but that’s something I can do whenever I want. Take my portfolio for example, I’ve been procrastinating on that for 2 years now. I always tell myself I’ll do it but I never do. Also my collective, who would have I thought that I would make one? I never ever intended to make one and now look at me. In someway everything you do has more meaning to you than it does to others because only you know what you went through to get there.
This layout is also an accomplishment because I did not see it coming at all. I was enjoying the day like any other when I started getting messages about my links not working, I had no idea what the hell was going on. So I sent an email to vpslatch, a couple minutes later they replied apparently some files were missing from my .htaccess. How did that happen? Did it magically disappear? Just to be safe I changed all my passwords because you never know what could be going on. I also found a file in my cPanel named lolp.php and it had a bunch of weird text in it. I was freaked out. I quickly disposed of it before shit happens.
Anyways I’m going to stop rambling now and reply comments. I got a big day tomorrow, back to school shopping. Schools starts next Thursday….don’t ask why it’s a Thursday because I have no clue.
